Illinois Resident Fund Surety Fund Bonds are required by the Illinois Department of Public Health Division of Health Care Regulation. The required bond amount is set by the Obligee. All Care Facilities holding resident funds in Illinois are required to obtain a surety bond in the amount equal to or greater than all resident funds managed by the facility.
